What is Breeze?
Breeze is a church database system. It is a tool that helps us to care well for our members by keeping information up-to-date, making contributions easy to track, and managing communication.
How Can I Use Breeze?
1. You can upload a photo for the church directory
2. You can give online
3. You can view your giving history and print out statements for tax purposes
*If your information needs updated, please email the office (firstname.lastname@example.org) with corrections.
How Do I Sign Up?
How Do I Set My Directory Photo?
You can set your picture and your family's picture for the photo directory by logging into breeze.
TO CHANGE YOUR INDIVIDUAL PHOTO: Click on your profile photo to change your picture. By default, your profile picture is a grey silhouette.
TO CHANGE YOUR FAMILY PHOTO: Click the gray bar that says "Family" to reveal the option to edit your family's photo.
The directory will display your family photo if you set one. If not, it will use the photo of the head of the household. When you finish click "save."
Who Can See My Information?
We use Breeze to create a photo directory that will display family and contact information. You can opt-out of sharing your contact information in the directory by emailing the office (email@example.com).
We highly value your privacy and your information will not be shared with anyone outside the church. Staff members have some access to your personal data as is necessary for their role. For example, the children's director can see basic contact information about families, but she cannot see what individuals have contributed.
Volunteers are given very limited access if necessary. For example, those who count the morning offering record gift amounts, but they cannot see any personal information or previous giving amounts.
